Sanc was waved because they robed from us. Its hostile action and its clear sanctuary is not in position to mess with us. they made mistake to start fight us.
AMA is not vultured, they are double hostile from 2 ABS kds same time. If sanctuary wanted CF they was free to ask for it before rob us, or gave free wave after rob us. They decide to rob/fg/fb to prevent us for train and prepare for havoc and after it we got wave from havoc. When sanctuary proposed CF in game this didn't drop hostile because there not reach any terms. Wave from Havoc was lame and shame. Wave from pew pew on Sanctuary was legit move based to ABS logic so ASF you cant complain.

Anyway this sets up AMA perfect for the Crown. Elit will farm Havoc of course (naturally), then after Sanct/Pew Pew, if Sanct is big enough, Elit will farm them again. WWDD?

Double hostile is double hostile. Abs should stop trying to justify their actions. Learn from flogger & baka a few ages back vs. us - in the end they stopped trying to provide any justification and just admitted they doubled us cause they wanted to and cause it was beneficial. I don't approve of it and would not do it, but it's at least less BS.

Nobody cares when things go according to plan, even if it is wrong. If you tell me that tomorrow that Baka will get bangbanged, or Palem is getting doubled, nobody cares... because it's all part of the plan.
