April 2 of YR8 Sanctuary of Absalom () has proposed a formal ceasefire with our kingdom.
I could find other quotes of dorje telling you that Sanc was open to cf's at numerous times as well, but every time they even hint at a cf, you come back with some hyperbole about how you'll wave them until the meters are maxed and you get war or until you get some ridiculous demands like 30k acres and week long cf's with other kingdoms included in the package.
