this sum is complete wrong on timing+lies.

    What happen is:
    1. We know our cow messed it and because he didn't up his phone we got his sots and on Sanc cows sots to track gold. When we know our cow have 0 thives we need to be retard to "plan wave sanctuary".
    2. We got report from one from our undead he get rob ops from Sanctuary. He had TPA+CS.
    3. We got notice.
    4. We got new sot on our cow, hes gold was gone, we got new sots on Sanctuary Cows, they had much more gold.
    5. We waved Sanctuary for it.
    6. Sanctuary start retal+ops
    7. I send second in-game msg to Havoc: inform them we are in active hostile again.

About How legit or not is notice we can argue, but for what we cant argue is Havoc waved AMA in very active hostile. Argument for Dodge when your alliance mate start rob your notice target, and same time leaders on both kds share same private channel is not Serious. Ops was done from Sanctuary on propose to prevent us from prepare and when we waved them all what they did was 1 FG our gold 2 FB our provinces. Both this ops dont help them for hostile/war us when we are not in Dragon range. All was done on propose to prevent us prepare for Havoc. Both kds traded dragons = need alot trops for kill it too.
Sanctuary never proposed CF deal with us too.

Don't matter how you sum it Havoc made wave in active hostile. Stick to facts.
