This would probably be true if this was a single incident that happened and would likely not happen again in the near future. However, the reputation of the KD at hand, their affinity for such behavior and so on suggest that these offenders are likely to repeat the offense unless the punishment was more severe. Yes I know where you are getting at. But the reason here is same! To set a precedent that you shouldnt hit into EOWCF. 10-12 kds participating in this GB on both sides and are hitting in EOWCF. So why is that only one side should be actioned?

Terrible argument. The law isnt supposed to be swayed by public opinion. The punishment should fit the crime. It should apply to any and all offenders, not conveniently ones of your choosing.

Can you describe exactly what this kingdom has done that has given them such a deep history of poor conduct? This kingdom has existed for like 3 ages iirc.

OMG I didnt completely read this.. Like LAMPOST suggested the reputation of kd at hand(pyro) their affinity to such behavious(since last 2 ages and current age too) and so on suggest that these offenders are likely to repeat this offence unless the punishment was more severe!!

Repeated offenders get a bigger punishment than first time offenders, that is a real life fact.

Palem as i previously said, people refer to Emeriti as Abs, even more so now that Zauper is there, its a kingdom collectively made up of former Abs (atleast majority), who has all been part of Abs powerplaying for ages, now this might not be true anymore but people see Emeriti as the face of Abs now, and who can really blame them? when most of the players there has been Abs for a huge amount of ages...

So yea im sure people can point to previous historical things troughout the ages that they are now paying back. (and before anyone says thats its not about that, then i beg the differ as the reaction is more then just getting someone to hit another kingdom into EoWCF.)

Those that mention Pyro, they were punished by the Mod/Dev for their ****play.. But if you want to think in those lanes, seeing CR/Rage (who got many in Emeriti now) should be punished for the grey area exploit even though they were also punished for it by the Mod/Devs? that makes absolutely no sense, i can name a lot of players that in that case needs to be sanctioned now.

Lets assume that all the things you say are correct. Then why is that just the EOWCF reason the main reason to be used everywhere? Also why just one kd is getting the punishment when there are 10+ kds who have hit into EOWCF this age?
