Repeated offenders get a bigger punishment than first time offenders, that is a real life fact.

The flaw of the logic of your other arguments is explained in my previous two posts. I don't have a need to repeat myself like some others.

Your argument is flwed my friend!! Lets assume your own statement in this, Flogger himself said no kd has done the razing in last 20 ages but this age atleast 10 of them have done it. Its a first time offence for all 10 of them.. Still just one side suffers it?
