I don't know about anyone else, but I can honestly say I had no idea about that. I am glad I personally had no part in any of that if it is true and fwiw, if true, you at least have my apology.

Recognizing that my statement may not be accepted at face value or in itself valued, but wishing to express my thought that the situation described is crappy and I am sorry (even if others may not be) if that is what is currently happening.

And yea. Oh well. The worst part of uto is all the diplo talks that take eons..
