A Hostile is a hostile, if CR is going to ****play and double then do so, but dont try and make it out like it wasnt a legit hostile, because as soon as the top gives notice they expect everyone else to stay out, CR included.
Emeriti that goes to you too if Settlers and The U had already agreed and given notice, then its bull for you to wave in too, you should have waited to theirs was sorted, regardless of them having finalised a CF, because then you could just have waved them after their war and refused a CF then and taken what you wanted. I guess you were scared they would win and you would lose too much to CR, which would have put you in a position where settlers could have taken acres from you after... But thats the game afterall.
Though if meter isnt hostile yet, it is fair enough, though not really a nice thing to do.
