No its not a fake war if outside forces interfer to create a loss. Or forces a loss. Thats called a gangbang or possibly an alliance war.

Fakewar is when the entire war itself is fake and pre-agreed in order to achiev something else than the actual war. Like a free Pump in war-prot OR escape from other wars or bad situations. Like what happened here.
And in that situation terms are agreed upon and heres the crucial part! -> Agreed winner/loser before the war actually begins! (Which is what you offered to divinity)
