They got pretty much 25 people all acting the same and trust me they have zero regrets of anything they have done and everything they post is to taunt/mock us. Every single post seem to be made by a 13y old.

I respectfully disagree. I think punishment is needed but as soon as they admit to being in the wrong, apologize for doing it and are willing to withdraw the punishment should end. If there was actual harm done maybe a payment of acres but in this case I am not sure how sizable if any this reparation should be.

Yes if they're willing to apologize and offer suitable reparations, which to restore status quo would probably have to be more than just withdrawing at this point then the punishment should cease. I was referring to the situation where they would remain defiant(as that seems to be Jesters current stance), then u stomp on them firmly until nothing remains.
Well assuming that the other two competitors aren't willing to include themselves in the resolution it's quite possible that Jesters couldn't offer enough reparations to revert the situation to how things were prior to their transgression, at which point their final punishment should their dissolution.

Back in old days was forbidden to trade acc but all top Kds had full 25 traded acc. ABS and few other big alliances had ppl for scrip acc for them and access to proxy/login sites for avoid get deleted and for x-login. From other side rest Kds didn't had access to scripting and used old trade way so they regular get deleted acc. When some one get good enough to fight ABS you = (ABS) mass reported him and they get deleted. After it you call them cheater!

How you dare to call rest ppl cheaters when your alliances was based on cheating for long and you have done it. Only difference in cheating is some Alliances/KDs have done it on professional level and other not. So don't came and call other ppl cheaters when you are same.

Yes, all top kingdoms traded. Not all crosslogged in an organized manner. Abs allowed trading (like all top kingdoms did and most non-top) but did not allow crosslogging and scripting. It was the "Anti-abs" alliances that had and used the scripting for mass province creation. On occasion, generous scripters like Cheese would give some provinces they landed in an Abs kingdom to the Abs monarch if they liked them and the Abs monarch would typically accept them. On many other occasions, the provinces scripted into the abs kingdoms by the aabs scripters would be run as a spy account, often for weeks/months/ages. You have the scripting situation reversed in your head from reality. Abs has always been against scripting every since Age 7 when Reign of Absalom was multied down oop by scripted Avians. There are many examples of Abs being attacked by scripters and no examples of Absalom attacking others with scripted provinces and Absalom did not run scripts to fill kingdoms either.

As for reporting, no doubt reporting of kingdoms cheating happened both ways and Absalom players did at times report those they believed were extensively cheating such as organized crosslogging. You can be sure that Absalom kingdoms were reported even more though. Absalom was scrutinized by the admins more closely than other kingdoms due to anti abs players at times doing mass organized reporting campaigns against Abs. Mikes cheating was always on a different level from most kingdoms simple trading and that is something he is proud of including on the two occasions he self deleted his entire kingdoms and posted cheating confessionals in the forum.

I agree that they need to admit to being wrong and wd so the top can try to restore competition. But they are not willing and all they are saying in the warforum is how they beat our KD easy and won and that they will ruin us by slowing us down and hit into our next war and things like this. So you tell me, what to do with such a KD?
