Palem truly succeeded in trolling the whole forum community into answering this thread and put down a lot of time to read it, well done Palem :D

It's too bad that so many including OP confuses the correct analysis made here (that many kd's isn't pushing themselves to extend and grow as a kd) with the recommendation to grow in nw/land ranks. There is no connection, as Persain for one has rightly understood. Based on the same analysis of the as-is situation, a more correct recommendation would be to ask all kd's to try to continuously improve in a chosen area - this can be to take tougher wars, grow more, dare new setups, war a kd with 2 more provs than themselves requiring different set of strategy, teach complete newcomers and watch them enjoying game... whatever it can be that the individuals in that kd finds increasing the challenge within their game play. Let each kd find their challenge and urge them to improve in what they find fun.
