2-3 ages ago our Situation with Strippers is complete different. For begin there is no dibs in forum. We gave proper notice after CF expired. Sure we waved them after they made run war with Pew Pew (after notice expire) but its was complete different situation.
Compare Pew Pew/Stripers vs Pew /ED. First scenario both kds had not expired CF and set war for Strippers run from us. I made attempt for diplo talk with both Silva/Pet and both ignored my msg and no reply.
Pew Pew/ED last age. Both kds had no deal so war pissed me off but was legit based to it. ED contacted me in irc with mad msg but still contacted so there was diplo too.
In short im not using dibs diplo and don't like it. Its silly play. If you want to notice do it after cf expire, if you want to war, go wave if you can legit. Don't make stupid forum post about it in advance for build reason: i was first.
