The terms are simple:
(will add soon print screen between Monarchs message sent, as a proof):

1. FREE throw 8 hits into Spartans on 3th-4th of February >>> Giving Button
2. Spartans retal 7 hits and push button on 4th, not the latest.
3. No OOW/PREWAR interfear in any way (e.g: oow razes or prewar razes, etc).
4. Anything allowed in 1v1 fight by the UTO legit rules (no limits were sets).
5. Minimum war the losing party surrenders. Maximum waiting time: 72h of war (in case both kingdoms are more or less equal after minimum 48h).

LATER EDIT (jan18yr0): Fortified Stance on either kingdom is considered a non-combat action. Reasoning is simple: once you activated for minimum 24h, it is clearly you have no intention to war. FREE will go Aggresive in first moment OOP.

Deciding the winner:

A combo of:

1. economy
2. number of military
3. acres exchanges
4. uniques/total number of succesful attacks&retals
5. kingdom nw/acres

So, some combo between the 5 factors from above.
Both kingdoms concluded simple: "everybody will see who is the winner, clearly".

I thnik that's it, hope i did not missed anything.

I think the advantage Spartans now took is way greater than that 1 hit because one guy got a bit overexcited. Hostile was given in the agreed tick.

No one in Spartans would have even thought to have opped FREE before the 4th, let alone hit. Sure we have our noob moments where some human sends out all his elites in excitement, leaves 3dpa at home, and gets chained sub-150 in 2 ticks. But this was more than a noob moment from FREE. From the widespread opping that took place, it was organised. If it had been one renegade noob from FREE stealing 1k gold/opp from Spartans, we wouldn't have delayed pressing the button.

If some renegade in Spartans had stolen as much gc and runes as FREE did before the agreed date, I have no doubt that Spartan leadership would have made considerable concessions.

We offered to start hostile as soon as the kds discovered each other and THEY changed the deal to 4th. NOT 3-4th. They changed our more open ended offer to a set date and then went ahead and opped/hit early any way. I dont even know what to make of vahule's war deal post but it does make it look like the DB was preplanned. No one told us they were going to hit early and we certainly never agreed to any changes to the deal.

Wouldnt have mattered since they (you?)didnt follow the terms any way. shouldn't really have to tell a kd that ops into each other before hostile date is not allowed any way, but if the lack of that was their technicality for DBing us then they should have done a better job sticking to what they did agree to.

Not FREE, however I find it funny how apparently these days people cry if you do ops ahead of a war. I played for 40+ ages and we always robbed our war targets before giving them a button. Why would anyone NOT do that? You kids these days are just funny.

I have played a ton of ages, even back when you had to have boats to hit off island. Most of the time back then I would just wave kds with no diplo and would do what ever I felt like. Thing is now most kds expect to war with some kind of war deal, so it goes.

Whether you actually played back when they had boats or not, I don't know. What I do know is that there was plenty of crying before you actually hit war, but sure, now that you are winning you aren't crying. If I was running a kingdom with as much talent as Spartans, I sure as **** wouldn't be crying about a few thief ops before a war, unless it was OUTSIDE interference.

Without the considerable amount of gc you stole pre-4th before a lot of us had even woken up (I set my alarm for the end of the 3rd), I doubt you'd have had the chance to fund your dragon (which you sent halfway through our wave.. nice timing, btw) so quickly. Those ops, which weren't just 'a few', and the hit on the 3rd, did matter. And they broke the implied terms.

As beans said, we're not crying. You went off the time line, so we followed suit. If you want to dick around, don't start complaining in the forums when there are consequences.

It was quite clear from the logs that Heaven had no intention of declaring before we fully waved and would have waited out the hostile until the last minute to declare - in the mean time filling out the land they had explored.

Already pointed out that I am not in FREE, so do everyone a favor and learn how to read. You also waited 3 hours to declare when the attack was moments early. I also don't see how one early attack is a big deal. The part about the ops? Dude, that is Utopia. Yes, I haven't played in over 10 ages, so I guess Utopia has followed the pussification path of the real world. Unless you agree no ops, then you should expect ops. Only an idiot would give the enemy a war button and not touch their gc/rune supply. That's like Simple Jack ****. Never go full retard, Spartans.
