I know its a shock to people but at one point bottom feeding was never considered a true hostile back in the day. Also when the game first started a kingdom like Spartans would have been destroyed for there antics just for the simple fact there bad for the game. Because again once upon a time players of the game gave a damn about the game. Invite system and new pk mechanic has stopped such policing of kingdoms such as Spartans.
