Players hate FS, in their arrogance they like to portray everyone as jealous noobs, but the fact is that while there seem to be quite a few rational people within FS their leadership comes across as being a bunch of asshats. Seeing first hand how they deal with other KDs then I have no reason to not believe they've pissed off other people who are now willing to try and ruin their age. I also don't remember anyone complaining about ED last age, because we mostly hit for some honour then gave a CF straight away to avoid real wars, maybe we were just "classy" bullies.
As a side note, humans are top of the food chain because of our intelligence. Being stronger means jack **** in the real world, I don't see many people who'd take on a black bear in the wild armed with a stick, but band together a group of hunters and you can take one down much easier and it's not much consolation to the dead bear when it's friends are ripping the people apart after the fact.

Your commentary about the unconditional CF is stark proof that diplo is worthless to the unpopular. It's above the game. You act as if there was complex ideology in the CF that it wouldn't have been broken. We should be able to trust each other without word smithing.

yea no. They may be winning the war because an alliance comprised of some of the biggest kingdoms on the server are making sure of that. They are not winning the argument. If anything it just makes my argument about what's wrong with Utopia today more compelling. Bullying for personal gain without regards to fairness and the spirit of the game. Had you said there was no deal and no deal break and no hitting into hostile when it first came up, I would have taken your word for it. I can't speak for everyone but like always I give people the benefit of the doubt. It's not so easy now after you deliberately ignored it, then refused an answer and now you act like you don't know.

If you're going to accuse and someone asks you for proof, is it too much to ask for you to give it? Papers, in-game messages, etc aren't sensitive, so what's the issue with sharing them? Bring forth the evidence or stfo. If you don't have the logs because your old monarch is gone, then that's too bad for you. After your monarch is gone, it's your job to gather info on your cfs and such by getting the logs from the pertinent monarchs so you are sure where you stand. I'm pretty sure FS would know more about what the deal was than you in this case, and would have shared the logs with you had you asked.
