Why should Elit not be able to dodge Havoc? This is what doesn't make sense. The robbing was ok, there was no CF in place. The notice was legit, Havoc followed terms. AMA initiated a legitimate hostile with Sanc. Nothing was wrong with any of this until Havoc doubled AMA. One party acted wrongly here, Havoc.
You can't preach fair 1vs1 while attempting to justify a 2vs1, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. If Sanc didn't want the hostile to proceed and AMA wouldn't CF, THEN I would wave with Havoc. Only then.
