You seem to forget I brought up the example and if I would have meant manslaughter I would have specified that. Besides, this conversation about defining if killing someone is against the law or not. Which it totally is in both cases.

If you read my first post then you would realize i specifically used the word "Kill". EIther way both are against the law, doesnt matter if its is known or not more people than yourself.
